Rail Car Test Track

Bombardier Inc. constructed and operates one of the newest and most technically efficient test tracks in the world (and one of only two in North America) at PARC.

Newly reconditioned spur for the Canadian-Pacific main line with turnouts and sidings which serve the entire industrial area at PARC as well as the industrial nerve center in the city of Plattsburgh.
